Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults) for England

To gain the Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults) for England, learners will need to achieve minimum of 46 credits. A proportion of these credits must be gained from mandatory units. Learners claiming a specialist pathway (Dementia, or Learning Disabilities) must also achieve some credits from specified units within groups B and C.

 

 

 

Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults) for England

To gain the Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults) for England, learners will need to achieve minimum of 58 credits. A proportion of these credits must be from mandatory units. Learners claiming a specialist pathway (Dementia, or Learning Disabilities) must achieve some of their credits from specified units within groups B and C.

 

 

 

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services

This qualification is aimed at individuals who lead social care provision in an adult or children and young people‚Äôs setting, either as managers of the provision or as senior practitioners. The Level 5 Diploma is a hybrid qualification that has replaced both the NVQ Level 4 and the Leadership & Management for Care Services (LMC). There is an opportunity to undertake a choice of 3 Adult or 3 Children & Young People Pathways: Management of Adult Services, Management of Adult Residential Services, Practice in Adult Services, Management of Children and Young People's Services, Management of Children and Young People's Residential Services, Practice in Children and Young People's Services.
