Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any point from placing your order up until 7 days from receipt of your goods. All cancellation requests must be received in writing either via email to: sales@regislearning.uk. Please ensure you include your order reference number and the reason you wish to cancel your order. If you are returning only part of the order you must also ensure you list the products within the order you wish to cancel. If you are cancelling following receipt of your goods you will require a 'Goods Return Number'. This will be issued on receipt of your cancellation request and communicated to you via email or fax as appropriate along with instructions on how to return your item/s. Please note that 'Goods Return Numbers' are valid for 5 days only and the customer remains liable for any outgoing and also return postage costs (traceable mail suggested). Any returning goods lost in transit remain the customers property and responsibility. Refunds are made to the payment method used when placing your order and are processed within either 2 days of receipt of your cancellation request, or 2 days of receipt of your returned items as applicable.
Returns
Returns requests for faulty/damaged goods can be made within 7 days of receipt of your goods. For courier and recorded delivery items, it is recommended the customer check the item/s on receipt as far as is practicable. If the item/s show obvious external signs of damage the customer should refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you are in receipt of faulty/damaged goods you will need to obtain a ‘Goods Return Number’ from us by emailing sales@regislearning.uk. On issue of a 'Goods Return Number' we will provide details of how to return your item. Please note your Goods Return Number is only valid for 5 days from issue.
Any goods returned without an official valid 'Goods Return Number' regrettably cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
* Please note that regis does not employ a returns collection service, therefore the customer is initially liable for return postage costs for damaged/faulty goods. We request that for our customers protection, all returns are sent via traceable means (e.g Royal Mail Recorded Delivery). Any returning goods lost in transit remain the customers property and responsibility. On receipt of returned goods, regis will verify their condition and replace as appropriate. We aim to dispatch replacement goods on the same day as receipt of returned goods. On dispatch of replacement goods, regis will refund return postage costs only up to the cost of 'Royal Mail Recorded Delivery', Customers returning items by costlier means will therefore only receive a partial postage refund. All refunds are made to the payment method used when placing your order.
